'Mad Men' to return March 25
The wait will soon be over for fans of AMC’s Mad Men.
The basic cable network has announced that the award-winning period drama — which has been on hiatus since its fourth-season finale aired in October 2010 — will return with a two-hour season 5 premiere on March 25 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The episode will also be available on amctv.com the day after it airs.
Starting April 1, Mad Men will return to its regular timeslot at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Sundays with an episode written by Erin Levy and Matthew Weiner and directed by Jon Hamm, who stars as Don Draper, a hotshot Madison Avenue advertising executive.
